These terms apply to all bookings made with ClearPane.

  • The service is exclusively available on Jubail Island.
  • Prices apply to standard residential window cleaning.
  • Standard, Executive and Elite villa versions have the same price within each V model.
  • Post-construction cleaning is not included.
  • Paint, cement, silicone, adhesive or other building residue is not included.
  • Severe mineral or hard-water staining may require separate treatment.
  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • Customers should ensure gates and relevant areas are accessible.
  • Fragile items near windows should be moved before the appointment.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled because of unsafe weather.
  • Only windows that can be cleaned safely using the available professional equipment are included.
  • The business may contact the customer to confirm access details.
  • Customers must provide accurate booking information.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms are displayed before confirmation.
